The four pillars speak to the key elements that drive good team cohesion:
Alignment - aligning the teams focus on a common vision, mission, and goals that align with organisational and departmental vision, mission, and goals.
Communication - establishes the groundwork for effective communication including increasing understanding of each team member, establishing constructive feedback model, and protocols for handling conflicts
Clarity - ensuring clarity on everyone's understanding of their roles, responsibilities, and what they are accountable for, as well as establishing team rules and norms
Culture - actively contributing to creating a team culture conducive to embracing diversity, developing trust and respect, and learning to appreciate everyone for their contribution to the team.
