Cancellation and Refund Policy
Your purchase of coaching session(s) /package(s) /bundle(s) indicates your commitment to participate in the sessions and follow through to its conclusion.
Please ensure you decide BEFORE making your purchase and commit to working with Aspire Coaching NZ is right for you. A free initial consultation/discovery call is offered for this purpose.
In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will not be permitted.
Instead, sessions may be rescheduled within the allocated timeframe of the session(s) /package(s) /bundle(s) purchased where applicable.
Requests may be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of Aspire Coaching NZ. We ask the Client to be fully committed and faithful, and we commit to the same in return.
In general, these guidelines apply for coaching and mentoring call(s)/bundle(s) refunds and cancellations:
Refunds and cancellations will not be offered. It is the client's responsibility to be sure of the purchase before purchasing the service.
Once Aspire Coaching NZ has scheduled sessions with the Client, they are considered set appointments. However, if necessary, the Client may request to reschedule a session, by giving at least 24 hours advance notice and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date.
Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited.
If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from completing all their scheduled sessions, then the Client may request to reschedule the sessions to a later date beyond the initially agreed upon term.
Refund and Cancellation Policy for Aspire Coaching NZ
The following terminology applies to this agreement: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.
“The Business,” “the Company,” “Aspire Coaching NZ,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us,” refers to our business, Aspire Coaching NZ.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United States, and respective countries or jurisdictions applicable to the location of the Client and The Business.
Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or, he/she, or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

The Client will not have the right to cancel or request a refund after the services have been purchased.
The Client may request scheduled sessions to be rescheduled with 24hrs notice by emailing contact@aspirecoaching.nz. The rescheduled session is to be made up within a week of the originally scheduled date.
The Client may request any non-scheduled sessions to be deferred to alternate dates beyond the agreed upon term of the package(s)/bundle(s) purchased at the sole discretion of Aspire Coaching NZ, by emailing contact@aspirecoaching.nz.
The Client will not have the right to cancel or request a refund after the services have been fully performed (after all sessions or services have been completed).
We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behaviour on the part of the Client, inappropriate or offensive behaviour from the Client, or irresponsible or disrespectful behavior from the Client. Aspire Coaching will notify the Client with the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day that we contact the Client about modification or termination. In such situations, at the discretion of Aspire Coaching NZ, a refund may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed.
