Who Am I?

I'm Dinusha Koggalahewa, an Executive Coach and certified Master Transformational Coach based in Auckland, New Zealand.

I work with clients across New Zealand and Australia, as well as international clients in compatible time zones. My coaching sessions are conducted in English via live video calls (Google Meets).

Prior to coaching, I spent nearly two decades in corporate real estate supporting critical systems and engineering operations. I specializing in functional and people leadership, risk management, and driving sustainable performance in high-pressure environments (Investment Banking and Data Centre).

This experience taught me how to turn chaos into clarity. A skill I now channel into coaching technical leaders to achieve transformative results with their teams.
