Each package gives you private 45-minute Somatic Emotion Release (SER) sessions with Coach Dinusha. We work at the pace your nervous system needs - gentle, deep, and lasting.

Inner Peace - Starter Package comes with 4 sessions, perfect if you’re ready to feel lighter quickly and want a short, focused immersion.

Every package includes:

  • Private online SER sessions (via Microsoft Teams)

  • Session recordings (optional)

  • Direct WhatsApp/Email support between sessions

The Somatic sessions are gentle, educational, and supportive experiences designed for generally well individuals who want to release everyday stress, anxiety, or stored emotions in a safe container.

These sessions are not psychotherapy, trauma therapy, or medical treatment. Hence, these sessions are NOT SUITABLE not for people who:

  • Have been diagnosed with PTSD, complex PTSD, dissociative disorders, or severe mental health conditions;

  • Are currently experiencing active suicidal ideation, psychosis, or psychiatric crises;

  • Have experienced recent or unresolved severe trauma that still feels overwhelming;

If any of the above apply to you, I care deeply about your safety and kindly ask that you work with a qualified mental-health professional or trauma-trained therapist (e.g., Somatic Experiencing practitioner, clinical psychologist, or psychiatrist) before considering this work.
