What This Work Is
Some experiences aren’t stored in the mind to be thought away.
They’re held in the nervous system, showing up as quiet anxiety, heaviness, freeze, or chronic tension.
Somatic Emotion Release (SER) sessions give your body the time and safety it needs to complete old stress responses and return to regulation.
This work is:
Body-first, not story-driven
Gentle and non-invasive
Trauma-aware, without forcing catharsis
Designed to create lasting calm, not temporary relief
No homework. No rehashing the past. No pressure to “fix” yourself.
This work may support you if you:
Feel a constant low-grade anxiety even when life looks “fine”
Freeze, procrastinate, or shut down despite knowing what to do
Carry tension in your chest, gut, shoulders, or jaw
Have done mindset or coaching work but still feel stuck in your body

1. Try a Somatic Session
A low-risk way to feel what real release can feel like.
A single private session designed for curiosity, not commitment.
Includes:
45-minute 1:1 online SER session
Gentle guided support to locate and release a stuck sensation
Most clients feel lighter and calmer immediately
Format: Online (Microsoft Teams / Google Meet)
2. Small Group Somatic Sessions (Pilot)
Experience somatic work in a shared, supportive setting.
These small-group sessions offer a lower-cost way to experience nervous system regulation alongside others without needing to share personal stories.
Current Pilot Offer:
Three FREE 45-minute group sessions
Groups of 3–5 participants
Multiple time zones supported
Future pricing will be introduced once groups are established.
Once I have at least 3 interested people within a similar time zone I will contact you to form a group and find a suitable time.
If you are able to band together a few others then I will be in touch to set up the group sessions straight away.

Important Notice - Who This Work Is Not For
Somatic Emotion Release sessions are educational and supportive experiences designed for generally well individuals seeking relief from everyday stress, anxiety, or stored emotion.
These sessions are not psychotherapy, trauma therapy, or medical treatment.
Hence, these sessions are NOT SUITABLE not for people who:
Have been diagnosed with PTSD, complex PTSD, dissociative disorders, or severe mental health conditions;
Are currently experiencing active suicidal ideation, psychosis, or psychiatric crises;
Have experienced recent or unresolved severe trauma that still feels overwhelming;
If any of the above apply, I encourage you to work with a qualified mental-health or trauma-trained professional first.
By booking, you confirm that you are emotionally stable and take responsibility for your wellbeing during and after sessions.
