The High Impact Leadership - Coaching Programme

Launching Soon

A 9-month executive transformation programme for senior leaders who know the answer isn't another skill

You have become a capable leader.

Why does the next level
feel so hard to reach?

The problem this programme addresses

Most leadership development works on the outside. This works on the inside.

At the senior level, the constraints on your leadership are rarely about knowledge or capability. You already know what good leadership looks like. You have read the books, applied the frameworks, and led teams through real complexity.

And yet something is not quite working, at the level you are now operating, or at the level you are trying to reach. Decisions feel heavier than they should. The culture you are building doesn't fully reflect what you intend. You find yourself reacting in ways that don't match the leader you want to be. The gap between your capability and your impact is harder to close than it should be.

"The most effective leaders share a common thread - they lead from a deep clarity about who they are, how they think, and what they stand for."

That clarity is not a personality trait. It is something that has to be built, deliberately, with the right structure and the right support. It is interior work. And it is almost entirely absent from conventional leadership development.

The High-Impact Leadership Programme is built on the premise that identity-level change precedes behavioural change. Before the how of leadership, there is the who. This programme addresses both, in that order.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This programme is for a specific kind of leader.

Not every senior executive is the right fit for this work. The HILP is designed for leaders who are already capable, and who sense that the next level of impact requires something different from what got them here.

  • You are operating at a senior level, as a CEO, founder, C-suite executive, or senior leader with significant organisational responsibility.

  • You are self-referred. You are here because something in you is asking the question, not because your organisation has sent you on a programme.

  • You are willing to do interior work to examine not just what you do as a leader, but who you are, and what that is costing or enabling.

  • You are building something that matters to you, an organisation, a team, a culture, and you want to lead it with more clarity, more integrity, and more sustained effectiveness than you currently do.

  • You have read some of the literature (Collins, Kegan, Frankl, Goleman) and you want a structured space to apply it seriously to your own leadership, not just discuss it abstractly.

If this does not describe you, this programme is probably not the right fit. If it does, a discovery conversation is the right next step.

THE CONSCIOUS LEADERSHIP FRAMEWORK

Four pillars, sequenced inside-out.

The programme is built on the Conscious Leadership Framework. it's Dinusha's own model for how leadership development actually works. The sequence matters. Each pillar is only fully accessible once the previous one has been genuinely worked through.

Who are you as a leader - beneath the role, the title, and the performance of capability?

PILLAR 01

Identity

How do you think, decide, and face reality - including the parts of it you have been avoiding?

PILLAR 02

Mindset

How do you sustain yourself under sustained pressure - and what gives that sustainability its roots?

PILLAR 03

Resilience

What are you building, and how - and does it reflect the clarity you have developed in the first three pillars?

PILLAR 04

Competency

PROGRAMME ARCHITECTURE

Nine months. Five phases. Ten sessions.

The programme is structured as a sequence of phases, each deepening the work of the one before. Every phase includes coaching sessions, structured fieldwork, and programme artefacts - documents you build during the programme that collectively form your Personal Leadership Framework.

Leadership audit, diagnostic assessment, programme orientation. Establishes the baseline the programme references throughout.

Phase 0

Foundation

Months 1-2

Who are you as a leader? Authentic leadership, shadow work, values, and the unconscious patterns that shape how you lead.

Phase 1

Identity

Months 2-4

How do you think and decide? Purpose, the Hedgehog Concept, adult development, and the assumptions that constrain your thinking.

Phase 2

Mindset

Months 4-6

How do you sustain and recover? Polyvagal theory, nervous system regulation, meaning, and leading through adversity.

Phase 3

Resilience

Months 6-7

What do you build and how? People and culture, the Flywheel, systems thinking, and leading for the long game.

Phase 4

Competency

Phase 5

Integration

Month 9

INTELLECTUALL FOUNDATION

Built on the best thinking in leadership research.

The programme draws on a carefully chosen body of work. not as a reading list, but as a set of lenses applied directly to your leadership situation. Every source is credited. Every framework is used in service of your specific development, not taught for its own sake.

Every phase produces structured artefacts - documents you build through the coaching work. At programme completion, they are consolidated into a single Personal Leadership Framework: a coherent account of who you are as a leader, how you think, how you sustain yourself, and what you are building.

The credibility Dinusha brings to this work is not academic. It comes from nearly two decades of operating at the senior level - understanding from the inside what it costs to lead well, and what it costs when you don't.

The High-Impact Leadership Programme is built on the Conscious Leadership Framework, developed through Dinusha's own practice and informed by the most rigorous thinking in leadership research. It draws on somatic practice, polyvagal theory, depth psychology, and evidence-based leadership development.

The approach is inside-out. The assumption is that the leaders who enrol are already capable. What they need is not more knowledge, it is a structured space to go deeper into who they are, and what that makes possible for the people and organisations they lead.
