I'm Dinusha Koggalahewa, founder of Aspire Coaching NZ, and an Executive and Transformational Master Coach.

After 18 years in corporate management within facilities and engineering roles, I bring extensive experience from leading teams and operations across the Asia Pacific region working in highly demanding and fast paced Investment Banking and Data Centre organisations.

Now, my passion is empowering small business owners and their teams to achieve their fullest potential.
